The CH Hygienic Design stainless steel enclosures are engineered to ensure maximum hygiene and protection in environments with high sanitary standards. Made from AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite finish, they are also available in AISI 316 upon request and comply with IP66, IK10, UL508A, and CSA C22.2 certifications, as well as NEMA Type 1, 12, 4, 4X standards.
The monobloc structure features a 30° sloped roof and is continuously bent and welded to prevent residue buildup. Blind M6 bushes allow secure mounting without additional processing. The concealed AISI 316 stainless-steel hinges offer an opening angle of over 120°, and the polyurethane gasket ensures tight sealing even under critical conditions (-40°C to +90°C).
The CH series can be customized with tailored cut-outs and ad-hoc solutions, and is complemented by a range of dedicated accessories, including mounting plates, wall brackets, locking systems, and document holders.
