These are fully customised products with the possibility of completely customising dimensions, perforations, flanges and anchorages, to ensure tailor-made solutions perfectly adaptable to your operational needs.

Manual Tig welding ensuring perpendicularity on non-planar surfaces (concave or convex).

Weld restoration with mechanical cleaning and/or electrolysis.

Robotic welding procedure according to EN ISO 15609-1.

Finishes with achievable roughness below 4 μm (Ra<0.4).

Strengths of our containers
In-house R&D for ad-hoc and co-design project development. Robotic and manual welding processes certified according to PED directives. Automated finishing equipment. Hydroforming technique for formed parts (lids and/or bottoms): low-cost tooling, fast set-up times, greater surface regularity of the formed part. Achievable roughness levels: less than 4 μm (Ra<0.4). Pressure testing technology. Total traceability guaranteed: raw material, suppliers, processing, finishing and testing (carried out exclusively in Inoxveneta plants).
