Laser Cutting and Punching

High quality laser cutting is essential to guarantee the excellence of the finished product. Inoxveneta uses advanced equipment to ensure precision from the earliest processing stages, optimising every detail.

We utilise PrimaPower Rapido 3D laser cutting systems and 2D Amada and Mazak systems with automated loading and unloading towers, ensuring clean and precise cuts, reducing imperfections and improving process efficiency. Our Rapido 3D laser cutting systems, with a working range of 3000 x 1500 x 400 mm (X-Y-Z) and a 3000W CO2 laser source, allow us to perform cuts, offering great versatility and customisation at the end of the process.

In addition, FinnPower FMS systems allow advanced operations such as drawing and tapping, thanks to an electric hammer that ensures precise control of the punch. This technology offers greater precision than traditional hydraulic and mechanical systems, in many cases eliminating the need for specific tools. Thanks to this flexibility, we are able to increase production efficiency and reduce processing times, while maintaining high quality standards.

Quality control and sheet metal finishing

All machining is subjected to rigorous quality controls. The manufactured parts are checked by means of a laser scanning system that detects the product profile and compares it with the technical drawing, ensuring maximum conformity to specifications. To ensure burr-free surfaces, we use tumblers for smaller parts and belt deburring machines for larger parts, guaranteeing a perfect and precise finish.
