Product and process engineering is at the core of our business. We support our clients at every stage—from the development of specifications, prototypes, and pre-series—to ensure efficient, high-quality industrialization that meets the highest industry standards.

Product Design

Our product engineering begins with an in-depth analysis of the client’s needs. Together, we define dimensional, functional, and technical requirements in detail. During this phase, all management-related needs are also considered—such as delivery methods and product lifespan—to ensure that the design specifications align with the defined objectives.

Process Design

Our process design is developed in parallel with product engineering to ensure optimal integration. All custom equipment—such as finishing fixtures and welding masks—is designed to ensure efficiency and cost control. Specifically, in hydroforming and elastoforming processes, we manage mold construction internally, allowing full control over every detail of production.

Prototyping and Pre-Series

Through prototyping, we bring to life the concepts developed during the product and process engineering phases. While many checks are carried out using advanced CAD systems, prototyping often represents the final step before mass production. Prototypes are created in a dedicated area equipped with the full range of production technologies and managed by highly specialized personnel.

This approach allows us to physically test the product and implement any necessary adjustments, ensuring smooth production aligned with specifications—without surprises.
