Telescopic over-extension slide rails GT 01/3-GT 01/5

General description

GT 01/3 – GT 01/5 over-extension slides are designed to offer 60 mm more extension than the nominal length, providing greater access to drawer contents.

Available in two versions:

AISI 304 stainless-steel, for superior corrosion resistance, supplied with a bright finish as standard.
AISI 441 stainless-steel, offers an excellent cost–performance ratio.

The fixed slide is available in two versions:

Fixing with screws or rivets (code GT 01/3)
Fixing with hooks (code GT 01/5)

The guideways are equipped with high-strength acetal resin rollers with a dynamic load capacity that varies according to length (see technical table). The pivots of the rollers, made of stainless steel, guarantee strength and durability, while the stroke stops, made of nylon 6.6, ensure smooth and safe movement.

An integrated device facilitates the return of the drawer and ensures that it remains in the closed position.

Available in various lengths to meet different needs, with the possibility of customised non-standard lengths on request.

As with the other stainless-steel versions, these rails are finished with a bright finish as standard, for a neat appearance and additional protection.
