Our hydroformed stainless-steel bottoms are designed for engineers who develop enclosures and components where cleanability is a requirement: hydroforming enables continuous surfaces, uniform radiused corners, and a geometry engineered to minimise critical points.
With bottoms made by bending, even when there are no corner welds, crevices can form that are prone to contaminant build-up. Hydroforming uses a die and a pressurised fluid to produce hygienic stainless-steel bottoms.
We manufacture custom components to customer specifications, with optimised geometries and consistent results. The technology also helps reduce tooling costs compared with conventional stamping, making this solution suitable for multiple size variants and flexible production runs.
