SC.X Push Button Panels in Stainless Steel

General description

The SC.X stainless-steel push-button panels are designed to provide maximum safety and reliability in control applications. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel with Scotch-Brite finish—or AISI 316 upon request—they offer superior resistance in aggressive environments. SC.X panels comply with European standard EN 62208 and North American requirements, UL 508A and CSA C22.2 certifications. They provide an IP66 and IK08 protection rating in accordance with EN 62208, and meet NEMA Types 1, 12, 4, 4X standards under UL/CSA regulations.

The monobloc structure, continuously folded and welded, features blind M5 threaded inserts for secure mounting without additional machining. The cover is sealed with a polyurethane gasket to ensure full tightness even in extreme conditions (-40°C to +90°C), while the crosshead captive screws prevent accidental loss during maintenance. The 22.5 mm pre-drilled holes with anti-rotation grooves and a 50 mm center-to-center spacing ensure quick, secure, and stable installation of push buttons.

(The SC.X series can be customized with tailor-made drilling layouts and ad-hoc solutions. A full range of dedicated accessories is available, including inner plates, wall brackets, DIN rail supports, and screws.)
