Hydroformed side panels

Stainless steel inner side panels with integrated slides are widely used in professional refrigeration equipment, where robust, hygienic and easy-to-clean components are required. Compared to assembled solutions, panels with slides directly formed in the sheet metal ensure higher structural rigidity and a cleaner internal design.

With traditional punch-and-die stamping processes, forming the slides can compromise the flatness of the panel, often causing distortions or surface waviness. To overcome these limitations, Inoxveneta uses stainless steel sheet hydroforming, which allows the production of panels with excellent flatness and precise geometries.

The result is a professional refrigerator side panel made of AISI 304 stainless steel (EN 1.4301) characterized by high aesthetic quality and perfectly integrated slides. The process allows the production of panels with up to 24 slides with a pitch of 55 mm, ensuring dimensional stability and industrial repeatability.

Upon request, specific slides can be omitted during the forming sequence, allowing the creation of areas with increased spacing or larger usable compartments, depending on the application requirements. The perimeter cutting of the panel is also customized according to customer specifications, ensuring perfect integration into the equipment design.
