Impeccable welding and finishing are essential to convey the quality of the finished product, especially for parts in direct contact with the user.

For stainless steel welding, we use advanced techniques, including robotic welding, TIG, MIG, Laser, electric spot welding and automatic cycatron and stud welding. These techniques, some of which are automated, guarantee uniformity and precision. Each weld is subjected to rigorous functional checks, and for special requirements, such as sealed tanks, we perform 100% liquid penetrant checks.

The use of TIG welding allows us to achieve aesthetic results of the highest quality. Thanks to a special application developed in-house with wire feed, we produce flat joints with an excellent finish, ideal for products with a high aesthetic value.

Stainless steel cleaning and polishing: perfect finishes for high aesthetic value

Finishing and polishing operations of stainless steel are crucial to restore weld seams and visible surfaces. Many of our components have a high aesthetic content and are used in high-value equipment.

A technique of relevance to us and our customers is shot peening, which we perform using specially selected glass microspheres. This treatment gives the stainless-steel surface the desired finish, enhancing the aesthetics and quality of the final product.
