Post-hydroforming processes: cutting, bending, annealing and washing stainless-steel tubes

After the hydroforming stage, stainless steel tubes require further processing to ensure optimal performance before final delivery.

Subsequent processing includes cutting, bending, annealing and washing, all performed with state-of-the-art machinery that ensures precision and quality.

We have advanced equipment that allows us to perform:

Tube rod cutting.
Tube bending, carried out with a high-precision machine equipped with electric drives, which guarantees perfect bending.
Heat treatment by means of a belt furnace for annealing the stainless-steel tubes.
Washing plant for final cleaning, ensuring a product ready for use.
