Flattening and cutting line

The transformation of coils into sheet metal is one of Inoxveneta's strengths. Thanks to our flattening and cutting line, we are able to obtain customised formats, optimising the available material and minimising waste, always guaranteeing precise processing in accordance with technical requirements.

Our coil flattening and cutting line is designed to treat delicate surfaces such as stainless steel with a mirror polished (BA) finish, ensuring perfect sheets for further processing. This process allows us to maximise efficiency and tailor sizes to specific customer requirements.
Each processing step is carefully controlled by our Quality Team.

The coils are weighed with dynamometers and, if necessary, the material composition is checked by spectrometer to ensure compliance with the highest standards. The coils are stored on high-strength rubber saddles to prevent damage and preserve the integrity of the material. Handling is done by a 20-tonne overhead crane, equipped with a special gripper to ensure maximum safety and gentleness.
