In this case, one of the leading manufacturers of motorcycle exhaust systems contacted us with a request to produce a silencer shell in AISI 304 stainless steel, intended for a high-displacement motorcycle.

The complex, asymmetric design and the aesthetic requirement to avoid visible welds made the part incompatible with traditional manufacturing methods.

The Proposed Solution: Hydroforming
