Customer’s Requirement

Our customer aimed to create a completely new coffee machine with innovative shapes, clearly inspired by the sleek and captivating lines of luxury cars — a key feature for their new top-of-the-range model. Stainless-steel sheet metal was chosen over plastic as the preferred solution, with the goal of minimising tooling investment while ensuring the highest aesthetic quality. The project was developed in collaboration with one of the most renowned design studios in the automotive sector.

The Solution: Full bodywork produced via hydroforming

The hydroforming of AISI 304 stainless-steel sheet metal fully met the project’s demands, offering outstanding quality in every aspect, exceptional process flexibility, and extremely low tooling costs. The customer expressed great satisfaction with the machine’s reception – a clear success – during its presentation at the industry’s leading trade fairs.
