Our customer aimed to develop a completely new drip tray with innovative shapes. They selected hydroformed stainless-steel sheet metal as the preferred solution over traditional stamping, expressing the need to minimise tooling investment while ensuring extremely high aesthetic quality.

The Solution: Manufacturing of side panels, drip trays and rear panels in hydroformed stainless steel

The hydroforming of AISI 304 stainless-steel sheet fully met all requirements, delivering outstanding quality in every respect, high process flexibility and extremely low tooling costs.
